The Whiskey Classic is the most unique product and event experience you've ever encountered. From movie set structures to our custom booths in the Grand Tasting Tent, there are options to fit your brand and budget.

To be approved to be part of the Tasting Tent, you must be a food/beverage vendor/supplier. Movie Set structures will be approved for food/beverage, cigars, whiskey accessories, and lifestyle brands that add to the event experience. How do I exhibit or sponsor the whiskey classic?

We have many opportunities available at the Whiskey Classic including sampling product to 2,000+ attendees in the Grand Tasting Tent and Western Movie Town throughout the event, custom event integration, and sponsorship of the Whiskey Classic. Brands may apply for exhibitor booths beginning in January 2019, or the opportunity to rent one of our Western Movie Town beginning in March 2019.


Can we sell our products at The Whiskey classic?

All exhibitors in the Grand Tasting Tent and those with beverage/food/cigar products in the Western Movie Town are required to provide samples for all attendees. New Mexico brands may sell bottles, products, merchandise, and cocktails.


what is the grand tasting tent?

Located in an exclusive Western Movie Town in Santa Fe, New Mexico, The Whiskey Classic’s Grand Tasting Tent shares center stage with the movie town for the entirety of the event. During The Whiskey Classic, spirit, beverage, and food enthusiasts make their way through the tents sampling and purchasing products.


how much does it cost to exhibit at the event?

The price of an exhibitor booth in the Grand Tasting Tent in 2019 is $750. Each booth comes with 2-4 tables with linen skirting and four exhibitor passes. The Western Movie Set structures are limited. Layout and pricing varies by structure. Click on Rent the Set above for details.

Additional costs to consider include:

  • Passes: Each exhibitor booth includes 4 passes, but should exhibitors require additional passes, they may purchase them. Exhibitors can purchase 2 additional passes at a discounted rate and 2 further passes at the full rate. Passes are labeled with the table name only, so they are transferable between staff as long as everyone working has a pass when they are in the event venue.

  • Staff travel to/from the event.

  • Staff lodging in Santa Fe, NM. We will provide more information on discounted room rates at a later date.

  • Onsite expenses for staff, such as meals and transportation.

  • Table décor: The Whiskey Classic provides an exhibitor banner for each exhibitor booth, but exhibitors are allowed to use additional tabletop signage and décor.

  • Product costs, including shipping and distributor costs, as all wine, spirits, and beer must be delivered to the event via a licensed New Mexico distributor.


What is included with each exhibitor table?

Each exhibitor booth includes between two and four six-foot tables with linens, four exhibitor passes, access to dry storage, chilling tubs, ice, spittoons and a custom exhibitor banner.


How many exhibitor passes will I receive and what access do exhibitor passes have?

Four (4) complimentary exhibitor passes are provided per exhibitor table for personnel working the event. Exhibitor passes provide access to all Grand Tastings and, on a space-available basis, entrance to cooking demonstrations and whiskey tasting seminars. Everyone is required to wear a valid event pass and 2019 Whiskey Classic lanyard at all times, in all venues for all events, even when working at the exhibitor table.

Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased while supplies last. Exhibitors may purchase two (2) additional exhibitor passes per table at a discounted rate, while supplies last. Any passes beyond the first 2 additional per table will be at the full rate, while supplies last. Once approved, exhibitors will receive email notification on how to purchase additional exhibitor passes.


Are there any restrictions for exhibitors?

New Mexico law dictates a 3 tier process: a New Mexico wholesale license holder must accept the products, and a New Mexican dispenser permit holder or distributor must deliver and handle all wine, spirits and beer for the Whiskey Classic in Santa Fe. If applicable, please include your New Mexico distributor on the exhibitor application form. If you do not have a New Mexico distributor, you may still apply for an exhibitor booth. Once approved, and we will send information about temporary distribution. Please be advised that the distributing process can take up to four weeks and will be an additional cost to you.
